We assist our clients in locating, identifying and assembling policies, analyzing available coverage and notifying, negotiating with, and if necessary, litigating against insurance carriers.
Remediations
We have managed a broad range of remedial work, undertaken both pursuant to governmental requirements and as a result of negotiated agreements among private parties, and ranging from technically complex groundwater remediations to septic system cleanouts. In so doing, we have performed such diverse tasks as working with our clients and consultants to develop a scope of work, seeking competing cost proposals from consultants, and negotiating cleanup standards with government regulators.

We have represented numerous property owners, manufacturers and other business operations, both large and small, in litigation and administrative proceedings involving releases of petroleum and hazardous substances, achieving favorable, and even precedent-setting results.
Expert Testimony
Environmental liabilities can be involved in, and even central to, tax certiorari and condemnation proceedings and bankruptcy cases.
